You know when you’re in a pandemic, during an election cycle, and you can’t write fiction to save your life, but you can’t just exist for goodness’ sake, so you write about making an effective website in the book community instead? Who am I?

I’m Max! I have some experience with books, some experience with web dev, and I’m here with all the cis male energy I can muster. Plus: some advice for working with any web contractor.

Choosing your fate

I recommend Squarespace or WordPress for most people in the bookish community, and neither of them is perfect. Which would work best for you?
